Having been assigned in Europe for 12+ years, I saw a lot of classified intel & experienced a lot of interaction w/ Putin and the Russian military. The Russian government is a mafia. Europeans know it & we keep failing to understand it. They don't "negotiate." Putin & his army must be beaten.
