Day 3️⃣2️⃣ of language studies. 📨Did an hour of writing letters in German to my penpals.. 🇳🇴Decided that we are starting with Norwegian this week. Got my book ready. #langsky #languagelearning

Day 6️⃣6️⃣ of my fitness journey here. 🧱Did some bricks training for my Du in April 🏃Did a 2 mile run indoors. Not a bad place. 🚲 Then did a 11 mile ride on the trainer with some incline. ⚡ Needed to burn off some anxiety. #running #cycling #fitness

Day 6️⃣5️⃣ of my fitness journey here. 🚲Tried out Rouvy as my other virtual ride. I have seven days of it. 🔌Broke some power records. 🥦Day 1 of fixing diet. The anxiety has been killing my diet. Now I just don't wanna eat.. #fitness #cycling #running

Day 2️⃣9️⃣ of jumping in to languages 🛏️Took a 2 day break. Still speak German hin und zu but no hard studying. ⚡30 minutes of flashcards in 🇩🇪. ✍️Wrote my first letter in German today. I got good marks back from my language exchange partner. #langsky #languagelearning

Day 5️⃣9️⃣ of my fitness journey here. 🚲Easy zone 2 ride on the kicker for 30 minutes. 🎯Goal this week is to build anaerobic and lower aerobic fitness. We're also going to get back to eating right. 🏃Will change my running schedule to 1-2 a week. #cycling #running #fitness

🤔Am I one of the few cyclists that buys a slightly wider saddle because even with shorts I still don't feel very comfortable on a traditional seat. Like it looks slightly off and may add a few ounces of weight but I go longer. #cycling

💻 Going to be experimenting with virtual riding with Zwift and Rouvy. ❓Which do you prefer in #cycling 🎮Zwift seems to have a competitive element I like and many people use. ⛰️Rouvy seems to be more realistic and the courses are way better.
