The game changing art advice? Sometimes you just have to draw things in a way to make them look cool and not necessarily correctly If the light source left the room, or the thing is not very anatomically correct, etc, then sometimes it really doesn't matter as long as it looks great

Unpopular motivation hack for drawing: Start drawing immediately, even if it feels impossible. After 15 minutes, your brain will recognize the difficult task and create dopamine to help you keep going. Agonizing endlessly before the drawing doesn't help your creative process.
