Still too often I hear “families will never want to live downtown” or in urban places, ignoring contrary evidence from successful cities. It’s a self-fulfilling prophesy — we design downtowns to virtually repel families, and then when families don’t come, or don’t stay, we say “See? We were right!”

There are millions of Americans who are either in prison or are carrying felony charges for Marijuana. Biden should follow example of Maryland and pardon every one of them so they go free and records are expunged. Will literally change lives and deeply affect the base especially black/latino men.
