Decarbonization is easy! Just don't replace air cooled AC with anything other than a heat pump, and include air to water and wastewater source heat pumps in chiller and boiler capital plans. HPs as small as 25% of peak htg may do 90% of htg energy. Don't worry about matching existing burner sizes.
