Shout out to Pilates! A year ago I was taking opiates (~12 times daily at its worst) for pain relief due to a nerve impingement from a broken neck and today after my 100th Pilates class I’m taking zero pain meds, and feel great; all without surgery. No bullshit. Pilates literally changed my life.
