In today's #vatniksoup, I'll introduce an American politician and political commentator, Tulsi Gabbard (@TulsiGabbard). She's best-known for blaming absolutely everything on the US Democrats and NATO, and for being a fan of totalitarian regimes like Russia and Syria. 1/19

American nurse Rebekah Maciorowski arrived at the Donbas frontline after Russia’s invasion. She began training units in lifesaving first aid. Despite chaos & departing volunteers, she stays to aid the injured, sustained by the troops’ grit: “If they stand strong, why can’t I?”

If confirmed, Kushner would be our first ambassador to France since Benjamin Franklin to have been convicted of witness tampering for hiring a prostitute to seduce his brother-in-law, recording a sexual encounter between the two, and sending the tape to his sister.

THIS JUST IN: An investigation of Tulsi Gabbard's PACs shows much of the funds raised have gone to fundraising & to pay her advisers, not the stated mission of the PACs. Plus, she won't reveal the donors to a charity she runs. All this needs vetting. Pass it on. www.motherjones.com/politics/202...

This is the best election post mortem analysis I have read. Takeaway is that global anti-incumbency fever combined with an influencer culture that Trump is good at tapping cut in his favor. All is not lost, given the narrow margins, but much work to do. www.nytimes.com/2024/11/21/o...
