The ruling is too narrow, and the word "facilitate" is too ambiguous to suggest that Trump must return the defendant to the States. Facilitation could easily mean prolonged negotiations with El Salvador, and simply moving him from prison to prison. Abrego-Garcia is probably NEVER being returned.
