Did Microsoft somehow break both the snipping tool and the xbox app screen recording thing? Or is this a GPU driver issue? Because both of these create completely messed up recordings that flicker between what's on screen and the first recorded frame.

So a little while ago I helped to redecorate a dreary looking room that's supposed to be for creative crafts. So I painted a door by basing it on a Tarot card designed by Alcester Crowley illustrated by Frieda Harris. I think the other people put more effort into the redecorating than me tbh. #art

Started touching up the tilesets and darkening up the backgrounds drastically. It looks weird to me, being used to the old look, but it helps readability a lot and in a game like this, being readable instinctively is more important than being pretty. #indiegamedev #WitchyTower

Got worried for a minute about the font I've been using, but through sheer blind luck it seems to be able to do most glyphs for other languages and I made sure to pick a SIL OFL Font. Also done with menus for now, time to take a look at all 15 tilesets. #indiegamedev #WitchyTower

Nightreign is a blast, but the decision to split the player base at list eight-ways is insanity. Even worse if it's true that you can't get matched with people that have different characters unlocked. You'd think this would be immediately obvious to a game studio.

Drawing icons for common (and some less common) controllers made me think a lot about how much things changed, yet stayed the same. Also, nobody can agree on a sensible naming scheme for paddles, and we gave up the common ground of START and SELECT for a tower-of-babel situation for no reason.
