DC37, UFT, Harry Nespoli say they need copays- they are passing premium to you. For younger people, it may not be a big deal, for older people &disabled, This is a penalty in using your healthcare. The MLC doesn’t want you to know they wanna keep raising your co-pays to fund their contracts
