I’ve been overweight most of my life. And in recent years because so lazy it ruined me. Well health check came back not great so I revamped my whole life. I work out daily, eat only Whole Foods, and cut out certain food triggers and holy damn. It’s wild how it literally changes your MOOD!

This message is for tornados, so if you’re not a tornado you can scroll. Can you please stop threatening to show up during the hours of 9pm - 9am? It’s just really uncool to wake in a panic from the alerts and have to huddle in the bathroom at 5am. Especially when it was just a threat.
