This is a great development. In the end the case probably still goes away, one way or another. But Judge Ho won't just rubber stamp the corrupt deal and wants to fully explore the options. Also, you've gotta love the citation to the Michael Flynn case - that will drive Trump world crazy.

Crazy question but is there a Chairman of the Joint Chiefs right now? there's never a gap. Brown is out but Caine needs to be confirmed by the Senate. He also I think needs probably a couple waivers. I assume the responsibilities devolve on the Vice Chair. But still seems pretty weird.
