this week: -mostly lived without hot water bc anxiety about calling plumber -didn't have to call plumber, sent email, got it like half fixed -now oven is broken -did call repair guy, but he can't come out till tues -cold snap this weekend. if i could have warm things again that would be... chill.

nothing makes my brain happier than when a service worker goes from treating me like A Customer to treating me like a regular person who they can like talk normally around. this is a normal and cool thing to hope to achieve in interactions, i'm sure.
