haven’t really used this app since i landed back in the UK life update: i’ve been in hospital but i’m a lot better after a nasty flu and a fucked up stomach - i lost weight naturally i’m back to working out after 2 and half weeks of not doing exercise and resting this week, i started using a hoop

another day of forcing myself to workout: the weights are definitely making a difference, my muscles are on fire

week 8 of forcing myself to workout: it feels so weird not working out in canada :( started to include a few weights now though 💪🏻 gonna start meal prepping today and get back to eating healthy

also i forgot to post that i also worked out yesterday ft tucker (imma miss him when i fly home)

another day of forcing myself to workout: time to work hard and get rid of this relationship weight (plus more) off 🙌🏻 40 minutes of hardcore workout ✅ back to eating healthy and more mindful when i’m home on sunday. very excited to start a fat loss journey properly ❤️

pushed through 💪🏻 week 4 of forcing myself to exercise: done i see no physical changes as of yet, but most importantly i feel a lot mentally better

after the seizure, i’ve noticed how tired i get so quickly. did the same workout routine as i did last week and yet needed more breaks today but, i did it 💪🏻

i’m overdue 2 days but i needed the rest after the seizure lol only did 20 mins workout but im back at it 💪🏻

no workout today i had a seizure this morning so my brain is recovering lol

worked out, cleaned up and danced you see how motivated i can be once period cramps fuck off? hell yeah

another day on twitter is another day angry hardcore teenie weenie beanie boys have subtweeted attacking me and other accounts just because they find us annoying anything for a hit tweet though right? lol

working out helps period cramps but when the cramps are extreme that’s the last thing you want to nor can do today is one of those periods

no work out today since i won’t have time to shower and do my hair in time for the state champs concert decided to go on a longer walk though, and i’ll dance a lil harder tonight to make up for it ✌🏻

week 2 of forcing myself to exercise: oh brother, i had to really FORCE myself today. the PMDD depression has kicked in, hopefully not for long since my period is due today lol better than crying and self loathing though 💪🏻

what do you guys do to help with pre-period depression? i take a lot of vitamins, but ive noticed working out has been helping with that too
