Blake's Seven. There are other shows I could do (classic Who, MUNCLE, Buffy+ Angel, Avengers Assemble) but that's the one I would choose to do. For a very long time, reciting episode titles in order was part of how I steadied myself mid-panic attack. And I can still recite big chunks from memory.

I was already a fan of those microwavable weighted stuffed animals, and also the similar neck wraps, but I got slippers from the same company when doing my Christmas shopping. I just came in from the bitter cold, my feet frozen, and those things are BLISS.
