I finally have a high hz monitor. I have been running on 60 hz monitors with 3 ms or 5. I have a 165 hz monitor with 1 ms. I still have a 60 hz monitor but it is for discord and Google Chrome.

I might be leaving streaming for a while. As you have seen I haven't been streaming for 2 weeks now. The reason is I have been extremely stressed that's causing nausea.
