Water fasting today after yesterday's fat-fucking-tastic pork session (started with a 1,000 calorie pancake that was like 60% butter, olive oil, and egg and rolled on from there) left me feeling kind of groady. Give my pancreas/gallbladder a break. Should stretch and go for a walk or something.

What I would give for a Twitter/bsky/RSS-like service that doesn't algo-fuck one's timeline and that simply gives a chronological list of posts of people you follow - all of the people, all of the posts - which you could filter with highly granular options, perhaps procedurally.
