echoing someone else's idea - patriotic American elected officials should boycott or walk out of T's speech to a joint session of Congress.

Welcome to affirmative action for white male mediocrity, which has a long, long history but is all ramped up and shouty and sulky right now.

He nails it.

"Republicans talk about their fear that Trump might incite his MAGA followers to commit political violence against them if they don’t rubber-stamp his actions. 'They’re scared shitless about death threats and Gestapo-like stuff.'" www.vanityfair.com/news/story/t...

A reminder I will be providing at least once a month for all of the remaining years of my life: Months before the 2024 election, the Department of Justice announced that there were at least six hundred Russian assets inside the United States and that some...were SITTING MEMBERS OF CONGRESS.

Not My President demonstration in Carlsbad, CA - a few hundred folks, with a much bigger crowd in downtown San Diego.

Captures it perfectly.

Knowledge is power…

New song by #SusanWerner has this line "Fear is an instrument and you're being played."

Republican senators have totally abdicated their responsibility to the public in confirming clearly unqualified and dangerous cabinet nominees, apparently for fear of Elon-funded opposition. Let's hope voters make sure they lose anyway, because they aren't serving the people who elected them.

Imagine if @aoc @sanders.senate.gov , every dem, SIMULTANEOUSLY held Town Halls where they allowed grant and contract recipients to explain to the country what it is they do and why it's important Invite all media. Including RW podcasters. @spaces Flood the zone Call it a Day Of Transparency

Lots of frightening scenarios - the worst - a court order is ignored and Elon et al are found in contempt. Judge orders the US Marshalls to arrest them for being in contempt. The new AG tells the US Marshalls that she doesn't like that ruling and tells the Marshalls not to act. No rule of law.

When social media exposes traditional media’s deceit, it’s time for independent journalists to investigate why the press is backing a president who undermines free press—and is it coordinated?

Who would know what is illegal other than a judge? Judges are indeed allowed to tell folks how to conduct their business when those folks violate the law ... what law school did JD go to anyway? Sigh ...

So the end game is to replace federal workers with AI machines. That's comforting ... (not!) Especially with no transparency as to who is programming the machines and what they are learning ...

Where does JD get off saying that a judge can't tell anyone what to do, if that anyone is breaking a law! His law school should be ashamed and revoke his diploma!! He needs to check with his wife, who apparently did most of his law school work for him!

It's hard to imagine the justification for blocking elected members of Congress from entering public buildings. These are the people's buildings ...
