When I was a young man, the mere hint of scandal was enough to sink a candidate (Google Gary Hart). Now, the majority think electing a felon as President, spineless sycophants to Congress , & appointing unqualified people to the cabinet is no problemo. The lunatics have taken over the asylum.

Xmas being a time for nostalgia, I watched the Barry Manilow Xmas show a couple nights ago. On the plus side he still has the voice although it looked like they embalmed his face but left out the lips. On the minus side, the lyrics to "Mandy" keep popping up in my head. Thanks Barry.
