Trump put Dejoy in as Postmaster General to streamline the operation. Dejoy consolidated small post offices into regional offices. Now watch as they close 30,000+ offices and cut 50,000 jobs. Biden failed to fill Postal Board and left Trump with opportunity to destroy it.

Just a thought. Inform every government agency they need to cut their budget by 5% next year. Approve VERA’s . Include the Military budget as well. Then appoint a bi-partisan committee to study where additional waste can be eliminated. Include Senate and Congressional budgets also.
