In war, truth is the first casualty.

First weapons for freedom, now minerals as “payback”. Trump’s geopolitics increasingly resemble a mafia contract. Sovereignty is not a commodity, and blackmail is not diplomacy.

Trump treats diplomacy like a real estate deal: apply pressure, make an “offer”, and expect the other side to sign. But true leadership requires principles, not just transactions, something Zelenskyy understands and Trump never will.

I used to think that only smart people could hold high office, until reality proved me terribly wrong..

The man who makes “the best deals” is upset that a nation fighting for survival doesn’t see surrender as an opportunity. Maybe he should learn that peace without justice is just capitulation. (Trump - Zelenskyy)

Trump’s legacy is one of self-interest over truth, power over responsibility, and admiration for autocrats over democracy. Some might say he never had a soul to lose.

If ‘strong leadership’ means whispering mild criticism at Trump, then the party’s backbone is officially gone.

Exactly! Trump only idolizes those who reflect him, not those who speak the truth. (Trump - Zelensky)

If his grasp of geography and diplomacy were as big as his ego, he'd know that annexation isn't foreign policy, it's a historical misunderstanding (Trump - Canada - Democracy)

When your highest approval rating ever is still negative but better than your last disastrous term, that’s not a comeback, that’s a tragic footnote in history.

Nothing says “America First” like funneling taxpayer money into your own golf resorts. Truly a man of the people, if the people are billionaires with a handicap.

Ah, a king without a crown, without a throne, but with a whole court of lawsuits.

Calling a democratically elected leader fighting for his country a dictator, while undermining elections at home is pure irony. (Trump - Zelenskyy)

Blaming the victim for not surrendering fast enough, this isn’t diplomacy, it’s moral bankruptcy. Trump-politics-America

When an aggressor and a superpower negotiate peace without the victim, the outcome is rarely just.

The only positive thought about the current global chaos is that geopolitical crises force us to think strategically, build stronger partnerships and develop technological innovations that would otherwise take years.

A politics driven by impulse and confrontation not only divides America but also weakens its standing in the world.

Negotiations without the directly involved parties usually end in new conflicts, not in lasting peace.

When billionaires (Elon Musk) judge diplomacy like a startup, the world risks becoming a failed investment.

One man's “America First” keeps turning into “Allies Last”.

History shows that prevention is always cheaper than reaction.

Which country is this? A country that wants to lead the world but can barely govern itself inspires more concern than confidence.

Financial aid without clear objectives is not a strategy but an expensive way to postpone responsibility. If money is the only measure of support, we have learned nothing from past geopolitical miscalculations.

Today's reality.

Talks about Ukraine without Ukraine? Diplomacy doesn’t work when the main player is sidelined. Nothing undermines credible peace negotiations more than deciding a country’s fate without involving it.

Why invest in a country where the rules are flexible and economic strategy shifts with every tweet?

History has shown time and again that appeasement doesn’t bring peace, it only postpones the next war. Anyone who believes that scaling back support will end the war understands little of Putin’s ambitions and even less of history’s lessons.

An alliance is not a monologue but a dialogue. Those who forget that mistake leadership for ownership.

Always refreshing when “bracingly clear” actually means tactless and destructive. And good to know that alliances are now being reset without consulting the allies.

This is what a true leader should be like.

I share this opinion.

Nothing says ‘strategic autonomy’ like a crisis summit because Washington went rogue again. Always great to see Europe taking proactive action… after the chaos has already begun. (America - Europe)
