In the current 4-2-4 system I see a lot of utility use for KT to provide a strong foot overlap on the LHS in a Calafiori absence. We know this isn’t a long term option but use the asset we have. When we sub Trossard wide then KT needs to be paired in this specific sub.

Being an interim coach is a niche role. Renee Slegers needed to stabilise the squad and reconnect players with their confidence. She has clearly leant on her skills from her previous role as a one-to-one player coach to do that. She has been logical about the very requirements of an Interim👇🔴⚪️
