FWIW, my parents place in the Philly burbs had bad enough cell service that they ended up needing an M-Cell repeater just to make emergency calls. Plus, there's a valley near me that's had almost non-existent cell service for 15+ years, though that's geography-caused and only KINDA fixable.

We know of a couple of large residential buildings that have banned e-mobility devices (but not EV's) due to the fear and misinformation related to LI battery fires. These vehicles are not those devices.
