Enjoyable chat with @icyphox.sh on @tangled.sh and it’s future today. It’s great to see these types of grassroots projects being built on ATP. The positive reactions from the community who immediately jump onboard to play with new open source tooling is encouraging. 💚

huge soon: setting up a knot for the enduser will be super easy. when connected to the appview, you get the issues/prs/follows/stars with ZERO extra overhead. this is what #atproto enables.

lot of thoughts on @marthawells.com's ideas of "feeds" from the murderbot series. to some extent, this reminds me of a firehose-style location-specific message bus. imagine walking into a building and having access to the store layout, or a restaurants menu, or a service queue.

running up against some interesting challenges with the pds: it is inherently designed to store personal data, but what about more collaborative entities? one user cannot "share" access to a resource on a pds, with another user.
