NYT getting the deep cuts on the stories that matter:

I think social media has exhausted the public's trust in open debate, freedom of speech and individual liberties. What we've seen over the last 7-8 years are attempts forcefully shut public dialogs down to tamp down polarization.

Great example of how high-trust systems generate wealth:

I miss Obama and Biden dearly. It was just so nice to live under a stable government.
