And train travel is definitely another one. I understand that US is much bigger, but you would think that between large cities (LA to SF, Houston to Dallas….etc) would have high speed trains. Again, I understand that we are a driving culture, but one can dream.

There are definitely many things in Europe that just make sense. For example, their take out coffee cup lids are paper instead of plastic. At least in all the coffee shops I visited in Paris. I wonder how many of our coffee shops do that?
