I called my congressman's and senators' offices today (both in DC and local) to voice my outrage about Musk getting into the US Treasury. Not that it did any good. My congressman is a trump supporter (I'm a blue dot in a red county), and I had to leave voicemails for my Democratic senators.

Every day I hope to wake up--not to news of an obituary (that would be too good for him)--but to news of a massive stroke that left him in a vegetative state. He knows what is going on around him but is helpless to do anything. IMO, that would be the worst possible outcome for him.
