Something I've noticed is that Trump doesn't laugh. Ever. I've seen other President's laugh. I've seen footage of Hitler laughing. But not Trump. I find this disturbing.

Someone please explain to me why taxpayers dollars are going to SpaceX when their rocket has exploded TWICE in the past month, has never made Earth orbit when NASA has SLS which had been to the moon and back with a crew capsule that made it back in one piece and not scattered across the Carribbean.
