So let me get this straight; Senate Dems might outwardly declare their opposition to the CR but then underhandedly allow the fascist bill to pass through by voting for cloture? Any senator who does that is a quisling, then. I guess we'll see what happens.

The regime is going after people like Mahmoud Kahlil because they believe they are vulnerable. They believe the smoke-screen of antisemitism, distaste for obnoxious protest, and (of course) mild racism will be enough to confuse milquetoast liberals and centrist enablers.

It seems that Lutnik guy understands well his role in the alternative facts machine. Or he is genuinely breathlessly credulous. Probably both.
