On this point, Republican lawmakers are asking for assurances that Medicaid won't be cut from leadership. But those assurances can't be made because - for those in the back - there is no way for E&C to cut $880B & not cut Medicaid. So if you're "assured" it's because you're disregarding reality.

Work requirements are red tape. Red tape = cuts. Seniors will be harmed. Many older adults who aren't yet eligible for Medicare would be uninsured if not for #Medicaid. They have Medicaid because their employers don't offer health insurance, they have been laid off... (1/3)
