What this says to me is... drug prices are going to skyrocket. Any breakthroughs in science or medicine are going to come from other countries and the US is going to struggle to keep up. Add the tariffs and goodbye to ANY chance of $35 insulin. It will be expensive financially and mortally.

Also, newer languages have a LOT of dependencies in code packages and server technologies. Current systems, while old, are stable and do not need a ton of maintenance. M#sk should already know by the problems he is seeing with his other endeavors. Newer does not equate to better.
