Damn ok, finally finished Cyberpunk: Edgerunners once I found a site to watch it on. Dark! But the story made sense in the context of how the CDPR version of this setting plays out. The futility of the characters, the limits of their dreams, all things due to the system they live in.

People need to realize that the New York Times is going to pivot to "self-ID" now, essentially to build up the next fight, a total end of all legal recognition for transgender people. A handful of states have already started passing these laws, and it is absolutely what they are going for next.
