This is how I would respond to the email Musk has had sent to government employees (not legal advice). 1. Refused to violate the law. 2. Refused to violate the Constitution. 3. Refused to bow or scrape. 4. Refused to bend a knee. 5. Deleted this stupid email.

Nazi shit happens at CPAC every single year now. It's undeniable what that hive is. Anyone denying this shit still has their head so far up their own ass that they should never be taken seriously for any reason on any topic ever again because they're delusional.

"it is a party's job to earn your vote" rather than "participating in the government of a republic is a citizen's duty" is just decadence.

Unconstrained power is just a mess, power demands consequences and judgement

If you’re wondering why I declined to talk to the NYTimes, then you haven’t been following my account for very long. They bear a direct responsibility for the current situation we find ourselves in, and I responded by laying out my position and that I would only talk to @jamellebouie.net

I will vote for the first candidate who tells me they're going to make the biggest government possible. Reacher-sized agencies. Braun Strowman-level social benefits. Government so big it starts belching out National Parks and free healthcare. Chungus State.

Real New Yorkers love the subway, bridge and tunnel trash is scared shitless of real New York and demands their cars.

Political reality is catching up to their quickly eroding political capital at record speed.

Kluwe is a real one.

Using Twitter regularly is highly unethical, and a significant personal failing for people that do.

We’re a few months away from seeing what massive government disruption, economic uncertainty, and critical disruptions do our economy, and my bet is 2008 is going to look like smol beans in contrast.

Talking with a friend about how the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act is a dead letter at the moment, because of course Trump and Musk would target that.

when i say that there are people who care less about workers and their rights than they do the primacy of a masculinist blue collar identity politics, i am taking about people like sean o’brien

Your outie understands when someone is making a joke on the internet and doesn't embarrass themselves in people's replies

🇺🇸👀 CNN poll: ▪️8% of Americans view Russia positively; ▪️61% see Russia as an enemy; ▪️4% Russia as a partner. ▪️ only 9% like Putin! ▪️ 52% support Ukraine using U.S. weapons in Russia.

That old saw about how “good times make weak men” is true in the sense that stable times with material abundance create reactionaries who want to destroy the systems that protect them because they’re too sheltered and stupid to understand that things can get meaningfully worse.

In less than one month Republicans have acted to ban college athletes from organizing, bring back non-competes and restrictive severance agreements, outlaw public worker collective bargaining, and allow major companies to ignore their unions with no penalty. www.hamiltonnolan.com/p/checking-i...

This is why you fight these cowards. The moment you stand up to them, they crumble. Homan has nothing. The Fourth Amendment is clear and I am well within my duties to educate people of their rights. He can threaten me with jail and call names all he wants. He’s got nothing else.

Elon Musk should build a giant money bin with a dollar sign on it, learn to swim in it, and leave everyone, and everything else, alone.

If this is true it’s so unbelievably insane that it should bring down the government. I can’t conceive of a previous Senate that would not call hearings or investigate over this.

I thought it was impossible for me to respect NYT leadership less but nature finds a way.
