We back, and we cutting meat. 7 pounds of chuck roast (angus, same price as regular choice this week, lucky me), 1.5 pounds of pork belly, the fat of the latter being used to brown the former. I considered putting the belly in the chili but was worried it wouldn't soften as well as the beef.
