I almost want to buy Hooters, as a brand, then rebrand it to be a restaurant chain with real owls like one of those animal cafes from Japan. Also: our wait staff would dress like lumberjacks and serve quality Dixieland cuisine and variations thereof (e.g. Soul Food). It'll be beautiful...

It's weird how Vulcans pride themselves on not being driven by emotions but, at times, they do come off as weirdly sensitive about certain things. Especially their age. I dunno, but if I was (say) 582 years old, I'd admit it as often as I possibly could!

Honestly, getting rid of Kang entirely felt like throwing the baby out with the bathwater, all because of the actor being an abusive prick. If they replaced him with, I dunno, LaKeith Stanfield, I doubt anyone would've made a fuss about it. It's not like Jonathan Majors has some cultish following.

I watched The Marvels and...I didn't hate it. As much as I adore Iman Vellani as Kamala "Ms. Marvel" Khan - along with her family - and (obviously) the Flerkens, it didn't make up for how unengaging I found it otherwise. Though that opening action sequence, as seen in the ads, was pretty cool.
