Tried the board game Lands Of Galzyr tonight (treated myself after seeing it finally in stock) and had a lovely time. It's a narrative adventure, pottering around, making friends, and doing quests. I helped a lizard win a race by training hard with him and then cheating massively!

So i pretty much binged Total Forgiveness on Dropout and am broken now. That show was incredible, such a fucking arc, and made me actual for real cry. Basic premise, two people setting each other challenges to earn money to pay off their student loans. It's phenomenal

OK so I watched this with Laura and we both came to the same conclusion, the visuals don't fucking line up with anything. If you're gonna pull Limp Bizkit for the music, at least put some work into making the OP follow the fucking song. Such a missed opportunity

I have had to fully restart the randomiser ds2 run, shit got irreparably fucked, no ways forward, and my attempt to fix it managed to "fix"the items back to normal. Plus side, mod updated with some good QOL stuff, and I've already got the blacksmith key, it's not in BRUME TOWER like last run

DS2 Randomiser is very very funny so far. I decided to despawn the Flexile Sentry I got for a pig in Majula to make it a bit safer. I forgot one key fact, that another big pig spawns when theyre gone. This was my big pig.

Just leaving work to nip to the shop, and this little lad is running circle around a big puddle, doing little splashes. On a whim, told him and his mum "this is how you splash" and did a proper two footed explosion splash, to the kids delight. Felt amazing :)

Return to Moria is now somehow the *third* LOTR game i have really loved, which is madness for licensed content. PS2 RPG The Third Age was basically FFX with Orcs, Shadow of Mordor/War is the best Assassins Creed, and Moria is a survival game with singing and beer mechanics.
