This is weird. Seat bolts should be critical joints, which mean they’re installed using electric tools that don’t permit the line to move until they’ve verified that the correct torque is reached. Nothing safety-critical should rely on worker concentration. www.techspot.com/news/106162-...

The South Korea crash is horrifying. Looks like a go-around gone horribly wrong, there’s no other reason I can think of that they’d hit the wall with that speed. Pilot error is going to be a big contributor.
