Digital ID cards being considered bit.ly/3SApQeR ‘every adult would be required to “show” their card when they took up a new job or rented a property’ so how long before we are ‘required to show’ to a police officer on demand? Or become an offence not to? No thanks.

1. Missoula, Montana has cleverly voted to defy the Pride flag ban by making the it "an official city flag." This comes after a law banned the flying of the flag but made an exception for "official flags." Now, the Pride flag will fly defiantly in the state. Subscribe to support our journalism.

Time to clarify something. When authors say “Unbound haven’t paid me” that makes it sound like Unbound had some money, which they used to buy authors’ writing. Unbound had no money. The authors did: we had raised that money. They were holding it in trust. Unbound stole our money.
