I don’t want to be Pollyannish, but it seems that there are so many negative things going on that we could be in a continual high state of anxiety and fear for the next four years if we allow it. Don’t forget to prioritize and protect your mental health. You can’t show up for others without it. 🙏

It is so frustrating that we have spent a BILLION taxpayer dollars in the state of OH on school vouchers. I can’t even begin to stress how much I believe every one of those dollars could have and should have helped our public schools.

I was a runner, golfer, kayaker, skier. All of that was derailed by hamstring tears, shin fractures, a hysterectomy and a spinal fusion within 2 years. I struggled to find my next “thing”, and to find myself. I have since found joy with yoga and meditation. What’s your story? #yoga #meditation
