Tried an art glove for the first time and it ended up screwing with my muscle memory way more than I expected. Turns out I'm way too reliant on my wrist, and the lower friction screwed with that quite a bit. I'm actually glad, because that's a habit I've been meaning to beat for a while.

I remember seeing this post the other day that was basically like "erm akshually making devices repairable requires effort, so apple isn't evil" and like, yeah sure, but the point is that apple deliberately makes their devices hard to repair by cramming them full of DRM and proprietary interfaces.

One of my weirdest fears is wacom deciding to discontinue the nibs that my tablet pen uses. Like it's at almost no risk of happening considering they still sell the tablet itself, but I kinda have to keep myself from stockpiling them. I think it's because they discontinued the 3D pen a while back.
