Sorry for the "recording the TV with my phone" shitty quality, but this is so true. And especially for me. I have PTSD, severe anxiety and bouts of depression. The Army had me on 15 pills. Sitting watching and listening to my tanks in amazing medicine. A sense of peaceful control.
