Love that #Springsteen has rush released a live album featuring him bad mouthing the titty-baby Trump administration. Springsteen is the f’ing boss because he earned that title by being one of the hardest working MF’ers in rock and roll. Also THE BOSS and E STREET still bring it!!!!

#FavoriteWitchBooks While #Wicca may not be millennia old, there was something magical brewing in the New Forest when Gerald Gardner was living there. While I am not sure “Wiccan Roots” proves anything one way or another, Philip Heselton makes a good argument for witches before Gardner. #witchsky

#FavoriteWitchBooks Michael Lloyd’s “Bull of Heaven” is nominally a biography of NY Witch Eddie Buczynski, but it is so much more than that. In addition to Buczynski’s life story Lloyd also chronicles the early NY #Pagan movement and the struggle for LGBTQ+ rights. #witchsky

#FavoriteWitchBooks I discovered Silver Ravenwolf’s “To Ride a Silver Broomstick” in January of 1995 and it quickly became my favorite and most read #Witchcraft “101” book. TRaSB was the first intro book that felt to me like it had been written for Gen X. #witchsky

#FavoriteWitchBooks Calling “Children of Cain” a “study of Traditional Witches” is a bit of hyperbole, at least one of the groups profiled in its pages were not witches, but the histories in this book by the late Michael Howard are intensely readable and interesting. #witchsky #witchsky

#FavoriteWitchBooks I have been obsessed with holidays ever since I was a boy, and Ronald Hutton’s “Stations of the Sun” dives deep into their #pagan and Christian origins. Perhaps the densest (in terms of information) book I own, there’s just so much packed into this book! #witchsky
