It's just the new trendy internet bandwagon to claim Unreal is ruining everything, how many indies made 3D games before UE4 became free to use? How many small studios had their own propriety engines that looked good? UE4 was one of the main reasons behind Japan's resurgence last gen, too

Nioh 3's 'open world' is my kind of open world, a bunch of large areas stitched together with 'corridors' like valleys and passes, as you can see in the image only the bright areas are traversable, the dark areas are just background terrain.

I'm let down by the NG Ragebound demo..Though I only played 3 stages it was already starting to feel repetitive, I think the Hypercharge system is a misstep... At the very least it should be instantaneous, right now you have to wait for on orb to fly over and enter your body, it makes it feel clunky

Nioh 3 'Demo' is meatier than many games, so much content... I'm confident this will be one of the best action games of all time, if they address one complaint. And that is the new Samurai/Ninja dynamic, unfortunately they seem to be locking weapons and abilities to either Samurai or Ninja 'modes'.

There is OBSCENE asset reuse in Nioh 3... Keep in mind this is a PS5 game, but assets are lifted from Nioh 1 and 2, they don't even look retouched or anything... It doesn't bother me because I'm a Nioh whore but I wonder how the average joe will find this
