Last week at @Movers & Shakers Live, Paul Mayhew-Archer was talking about small handwriting #micrographia. With our increased use of computers and word processing, we’re all losing the skill. But it’s worse for people with #Parkinsons. Here are some things that have helped me write larger. /2

@peterprinsleymp.bsky.social you presented a very compelling case yesterday. It was all so civilised. I felt that constituents were really being listened to and represented. Why can’t all debates be like this? Why do we need whips and slanging matches across the chamber? It seems so outdated.

I sometimes find it hard to tell if my #Parkinsons is getting worse – or if it is just fuelled by temporary anxieties, for example: • sudden deaths of friends my age • an obsession with re-checking travel documents • worrying that the cough I picked up on WheezyJet is COVID* or pneumonia
