I did an event in DC & there was a party for donors etc after. Was talking to 2 ppl & I said "Things are so bad." They said "No this is how it is. Things swing one way, then another. It's normal." We need to be better at trying to get people with head injuries from being shot to leave the protest for medical treatment. It is already hard to make sound decisions after a few rounds of tear gas add a concussion, and it's worse. I did not follow that advice in 2020. I regret it.
