Trying to design things to 3d print with no supports is tough but so worth it. I’ll probably modify the alphabet rails to allow them to print upright instead of facing down, to maximize the surface sticking to the bed.

It’s wild to me how impossible it is to find entry level roles in gamedev. I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve seen a role open that doesn’t require a minimum of 3 years experience. We have basically gatekept anyone who didn’t get an internship or didn’t go to college.

Autodesk's pricing for hobbyists is so stupid, I'll be paying for Dassault Systems' Solidworks personal license instead which IMO is an inferior product only because it's literally 7% of the cost of an annual personal Fusion360 license. LESS THAN 1/10th THE PRICE! WHAT THE HELL GUYS

Pretty gosh darn happy with this design honestly. The idea is based on a tradition decoder ring, with the added feature of being able to have a custom key by rearranging which symbol is associated with each letter.
