RIP to Space-Javert, who died during a failed Space-Revolution on Space-France.

While most Americans oppose making Canada the 51st state, a majority of Joe Rogan listeners favor it, saying they would like to live in the same country as their girlfriends.

Angel of the Lord: He is not here, He is risen, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead. Alito: Okay, first of all, this violates ALL sorts of rules Thomas: This was a LAWFUL execution, who is God to interfere

I think this is important language in a case that will almost certainly go to SCOTUS. The hope, at least, is that it makes it more difficult for the Justices to pretend like they don’t know what’s at stake.

Bear in mind, Judge Wilkinson is a Reagan appointee who was repeatedly on SCOTUS shortlists. This is both an admonition and a dire warning.

This is, quite possibly, the best analogy anyone has or will ever come up with to describe the institutional efforts at Trump appeasement.

We shall postpone fighting on the beaches, we shall keep an eye on the landing grounds, we encourage everyone else, should the right circumstances come, to fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall eventually retreat to the hills; we shall never explicitly surrender.

My ma is 100% Dane and my pa is mostly a mix of Gael, so this take is absolutely wild to me. Like, I have an “ancestral homeland,” but it’s cold af and that’s why I remain in the good ol US of A.
