Site work is beginning on a townhome project in TGE. Around 20 units iirc. Behind old Grant School, which recently transitioned to market rate apartments from affordable senior. And across from the recently renovated Bavarian Inn space.

It’s Morgan Ford Monday! Hearing notice posted for a new biz seeking a liquor license for the former Destination Cafe space. And another notice for restaurant/bar at the old Three Monkey’s Pizza spot. That one is for Steak and Cake, which will be moving from a small space around the corner.
