Turns out the vet was correct and Oscar did have bone cancer. He passed over the Rainbow Bridge at 12:05. He was a good dog.

My dog could barely walk this morning, unable to put his front left paw on the ground. Fair play to the vets, FIVE of them came round within about 15 minutes. The vet gave him an opiod painkiller, booked him in for tomorrow and suggested BONE CANCER. Isn't that a bit much without tests?

I kinda get why GON kept the same XI all things being equal, but they weren't. Two decent defenders left on the bench, for starters. I really, really think he should go because that back line looked shambolic.
