IMO A couple of days ago it got leaked that trump was going to pause tariffs. WH claimed it was fake news. This allowed the rich time to scoop up stock cheap. Today, trump does put that 90 day pause out. The market rebounds giving the rich a stock boost. This is market manipulation.
